I watched your teams on Saturday and Sunday and loved them they were very clean. Your Senior team was by far the cleanest routine with tons of energy and it was very energetic!!

Your parents are very supportive by cheering all your teams on LOVED IT!

My name is Greg and I work for a little restaurant in the Capes Resort that Mike and his family ate at. I just wanted to give a shout out to Mike and Christine (HI). I talked with Mike (Nice Guy) and he gave me the website of your gym to look at the cheer and dance pictures he took of your teams instead of being with his family on the beach (Again Nice Guy) For a guy to come to Virginia Beach and to stay two days and take pictures of your teams you should be very proud of what he does, I mean that is some dedication he could have been at the (beach = water). I hope you get that picture Mike ha ha. Anyways Mike I looked at the pictures and they are really good but you forgot to take a picture of me and put it on that website hmmm maybe next time you come down. Well talk to you later and I hope to see you and your family again and the Capes Resort. By the way when ya all left the next day it stormed......Chow
